Sorry to Keep the Fans Waiting!!

I know the Ava fans are anxious! But our visits are at 4pm-6pm and we were just tired when we got home! Sorry! No we don’t get longer visits, just two hour a day. Ava was feeling better today, her nose wasn’t as red and she was more active. Jason thinks we have a tomboy on our hands because she loves loud toys and she played with a little ball today. So I think I’ll have to dress her up now while I have the chance! We fed her (rice cereal & apple juice) this afternoon so of course she ended up wet from drinking out of a cup! So when we got her back to the play room I took off her outer shirt and we got to see her cute arms! We are seeing our baby one piece at a time! Her elbows have little dimples! So cute!! Then they gave us another shirt to put on her. You would never know it's about 80 degrees in there by the way the babies dress! I can't post any pictures because Blogger isn't letting me upload them!! I guess I'll try later.

Glad everything is okay. It sounds like all the excitement is catching up with you two. We look forward to hearing more when you've caught up on some sleep.

We're sure glad all is okay. You tend to let your mind think crazy things when your family is that far away. Ava is such a cutie. We got the pictures and she looks absolutely adorable in little jeans and pink top although I agree she may be a little tomboy which is fine with this Grandpa. Anyway, gotto go to work. We love you and miss you.

It's good to her that everything is fine. Like everyone has already said we were getting worried, even though we knew there shouldn't be anything to worry about.

What have you guys been doing to keep busy with the extra downtime?

I'm sure you've figured out by now that all your family and friends are thinking about you all the time. We look forward to seeing you guys and especially Ava soon.

Hi Amber, Jason, and Ava....

I am so very happy things are going well for the 3 of you. I know you must be disappointed in not being able to be with Ava more than once a day, but as you said maybe it will be better for Ava at this point.
You both sound so proud of your little girl and you have to know, all of your friends and family here at home are so very proud of both of you ...you two really are amazing.
What an adventure and wonderful family story you will be able to tell Ava about when she asks:
"mommy?", "daddy?"...where did I come from?" She will feel so special and loved.
She just lights up when she is looking at each of you...you can see the attachment growing in each picture.
Keep rested, you're going to need all your strength later. :)

Love,
Patti Wilkes

Hi! I love seeing Ava's cute pictures and hearing all about her and you getting to know each other! You make a wonderful family! And Ava looks like you! She's adorable! And so sweet and it's great that you're getting to share milestones with her, getting her 1st tooth, sitting up, pulling herself up, etc.! Love ya! Love, Cindy

Jason, Amber and Ava:
Thanks for being so diligent with your posts. The blog appears to have become its own monster, as it seems Aliens on Mars are inquiring about your new family member! She's beautiful! She somehow looks like the two of you. Anyway, Jason, If you have a chance can you explain what Kazakh sausage is? Also, why is the water Brown?
Just curious.
I should prepare you for some changes over here in the U.S. First, The Senate has passed a law that requires Uncle Puck to be sent back to Prison. Second, Tony Romo has been named President, with Jerry Jones being named First Lady.
Seriously though, we can't wait to see the little Princess in person, especially Noah, who is partial to Euro-Asian toddlers.
Later Guys,
Lance
